I swear I have OCD. There are so many things about me that have to be exact.
If you looked in my closet you would see that my clothes are organized by style and color. All of my T-shirts are together from black to white (followed by short-sleeve collared shirts, then short-sleeve button down, etc. & all in a specific color order). AND, they all have to face the same way. AND, if the hanger has one of those little hooks on the center, that hook has to be facing a certain way.
When I turn off the car, the stereo has to be on a specific station.
My magnets have a specific spot on the fridge.
When my students turn in papers, the staple has to be exact. If the papers are messy or the staple isn't in the right place, I will take it apart and re-staple it.
See, OCD. That being said, the last few weeks have been a nightmare for me. Boxes are everywhere. There have been boxes in my life for 4 weeks now and I'm about it lose it. Some would say, "Wow, you only have to unpack books and movies after 5 days. That's great." But I say, "It's been 5 days. Why are there still boxes?!"
Hopefully, I'll make it to Saturday when I am determined the boxes will be gone.

I totally get the OCD. I'm sure I'm OCD in many ways. As far as boxes go, I can also understand. In my married life, whenever we have moved, we have had to unpack everything the next day or my husband will go crazy. I'm sure I would too, but it bothers him more. Good luck.
I totally know about the whole boxes thing. When we moved here to CT, we had this place unpacked in three day's. I couldn't stand it either. My kids and myself were tripping over boxes. I worked day and night unpacking this place. It didn't bother Josh as much as it bothered me. So I know how you feel. Don'y worry, it will all come together! You won't be in boxes forever! Thats what I always tell myself everytime we have moved. We've moved alot since our 7 years of marriage. :)Ct will be the longest place we have ever lived. 4 years is a long time for one place for us. LOLOLOLOL!!!
You still keep your closet that way?!?!? That is hilarious. I remember going to your home and seeing how "neat and organized" you were. I would vow to do the same thing and it would last for about 3 days. You are awesome Megan, Love Ya!!!
