Two Months

Two months! Eli has grown and changed so much since he was born. He's sleeping a little less during the day and more at night. He typically goes down around 8:30 and sleeps until 3 or 3:30. During the day he likes to be held while he sleeps. He won't fuss if he's laid down, but he'll wake up within 15-20 minutes. But if you hold him he'll sleep all day! He's also a bottomless pit, especially at night. It's a wonder his little tummy can hold so much, but it does. He's smiling a lot, and laughing too, which is adorable.

Bailey's in love with him, sometimes too much. She loves to play with him and has a hard time understanding that he doesn't really play. She constantly tells me, "Eli mine." She's also protetive of him. Yesterday they were at Grandma and Grandpa Kazes and Aunt Jodie was babysitting a couple of kids. The little girl tried to go upstairs where Eli was sleeping and Bailey put a stop to that, telling the little girl to stop and leave Eli alone because he was sleeping.
I'm grateful that she loves him so much. I would rather deal with too much love than the alternative!
