Freaking Out!!!!
Saturday I took my 1 hour glucose test (you know, to test for gestational diabetes), and I didn't think much of it. I was just glad that I managed to keep the "yummy" drink down long to have my blood drawn. Well, today when I got home from school I checked our messages and there was a message from my doctor's office wanting to "discuss test results" with me. Uh oh. This is bad right? My doctor hasn't called to discuss test results before; she's always waited until my next appointment. So now, I'm going to stress until tomorrow AFTERNOON (I can't call until 2:00 during my prep period). But wait, I think they close at 12:00 Tuesdays, so does that mean I have to wait until Wednesday?!!!!

Hey, don't freak out so much about the results. Everything is done in the best interest of mom and baby. It will all be fine!!! Just wait til you get to do the three hour test while fasting. That's a fun one for a pregnant woman who is ALWAYS hungry. You'll be fine. :-)
