It's official! We will be moving in a month. With Jayson done with school and unable to find a job, we thought it might be a good time to move closer to my school and find something a little cheaper. And we hit the jackpot! We found this little duplex driving around Tulare looking at apartments Monday. There are so many pluses to this place:
~~It's $125.00/month cheaper
~~It's 10 minutes from my school, so we'll save on gas $$ (instead of the 35-40 minutes I'm currently driving)
~~It's the same size as our current apartment
~~It's single story
~~It has an attached garage
~~It has a front yard AND a backyard!!!!!
~~I feel like I have a home instead of an apartment.
We are so excited. So far we've stayed about 2 years in each of our places, so it was time to move. We were ready for a change and it seemed like a good time. Neither of us even thought about a duplex, but once we saw this little beauty (the inside has been completely remodeled and they'll be re-doing the roof soon) it was all we could think about. Plus, to have grass for Bailey--ooh, I'm beyond speechless!

Yay! Congratulations...the yard is so nice to have except that we actually have to keep up with it now. Good luck with the move!
Thanks! But because we are so lucky we don't have to worry about the lawn (other than water the back). Our rent comes with yard service!!!!

We'll get the keys the 29th and slowly start moving over the course of the week. We'll finish all of the big stuff on Saturday the 5th.
Yeah! I'm so excited for you guys! But I am sad that you're now even further away from us. And that you didn't call to have us come help you! :) So what's your address now? (You can email that :)
