My First "Bailey Anne"
I love my little girl, but around 5:00 p.m. she becomes a stinker. There's no other word for it. She starts to cry and there's no consolling her. She doesn't want a bottle, she doesn't want to sit, she doesn't want to be laid on the floor or couch. About the only thing that can kind of calm her is if I stand. We've come to expect this, and most of the time the temper tantrum lasts maybe a half hour. But last night, I gave up after an hour and strapped her in the car seat and went for a drive untill she fell asleep. But prior to doing that, I looked at her and said sternly, "Bailey Anne." As if that would do anything!

Meg, You are too cute!
Well, we all know that won't be the last time you say that in her lifetime. :)
As for the crankies, it's frustrating indeed, but they too will pass.
Super cute blog template, btw! :)
Ah, dinner time, aka the "witching hour." If it makes you feel any better, that time of day is a bad time for 90% of babies.
And the middle name thing is a rite of passage. Each time I did it for the first time, I chuckled to myself at the mom-ness of it.
What did mom and dad do for me then? BB
BB, we used your first and last names. BB
