Can someone please explain how my daughter can look like this and be mistaken for a boy?
One would think that the flowers on the pants, plus the doll she was holding, would make it apparent to anyone who looks at her that she is not a boy, but very much a girl. While, we were out shopping today 3 different women either asked me, "Oh, is it a girl or a boy?" or said, "What a cute boy." I just don't get it.

People are stupid, that's what I came to realize. People did that to me when Hannah or Abby had bows in their hair or a dress on. I don't get it either. You just have to look at who just asked the question and realize that they just might be a little slow.

Once I had London dressed in pink, with a bow in her hair and a lady at a MOMS club meeting asked if she was a boy. She was a mom of a small child herself! Some people are just dumb. Bailey doesn't look like a boy!
Same here. pink Dress, huge pink bow in the hair and an "oh what a handsome guy." HELLO people what the heck, SHE is so a GIRL!!!!

I had the same thing happen with Collin. He was decked out in a blue sports outfit with a cute, little baseball cap on and someone said he was a beautiful girl.
I think for the whole is it a boy or girl thing, That people are playing it safe not to offend the parents. I do it all the time because I said once, "what a cute girl!" It was wearing pink! yea it was a boy, and the woman had two girls before and was trying to reuse some of the things. To the whole what is a cute boy, no way she is a very cute girl and no doubt about it!
