For the most part the morning sickness has gotten better. Tuesday I started throwing-up again, but by the time I went to my doctor's appointment Wednesday morning I was doing ok. I don't know if this is standard, but I have to give a urine sample every visit, and according to my doctor, "You don't look sick, but your pee says something else." Apparently, I'm losing alot of different things (protein, keyatones, etc.) when I go potty. At this point she's not too worried. It just means that I might have to do a lot of 24 hour urine collections throughout the pregnancy to make sure I'm doing ok.
But now that I'm feeling better, I'm back to being hungry ALL the cotton pickin' time. For example, I got up at 7:30 and yogurt, a breakfast Hot Pocket, a glass of milk, part of a sausage croissant, and grapes. I was still hungry, but didn't feel good and didn't eat until I threw-up at 10:30. Since then I've had an enchilada, a chicken cordon blue, 2 yogurts, ice cream, and gold fish. I went to eat a banana, only to discover that they were ready for banana bread. At 2:00 I was still starving but there was nothing new to eat, so I ordered a pizza. I'm dying. I'm trying to eat better, but my ravenous stomach won't let me.
Any suggestions?

I thought my mother-in-law was the only one that used the phrase "cotton pickin'". LOL.
I'm glad you're feeling better! I wish you all the luck...don't push yourself too much!
Megan, maybe you should try eating smaller meals more often. Try to eat smaller balanced meals every 2 hours or so. See if that helps. I wish I had more suggestions for you, but never having had your problems I don't. Take care of yourself and my little granddaughter/son. Love ya, Mom B
I would agree to eat smaller meals more often and always have a snack with you. That helped me from feeling so sick
What's up with not adding me to the fam & friends list?! You were my first ever friend when we started going to church! Hello!:)
Watch lots of good movies, read some novels, and watch Ellen - that will take your mind off the pukes!
