The family at the Bunker Hill Monument

This is why Trish & I stayed at the bottom with the 2 babies! We decided to let the boys go alone with the 2 older girls!

Yay! He made it!!!

Yes, he is lying on a grate at the top of a tower. Can you say Crazy! The 2 little lights are at the very bottom of the monument.

After lunch and the Bunker Hill Memorial and Museum, we went a few blocks to the USS Constitution.

Apparently the enlisted Navy men would become restless and jealous of the amenities that the officers had and were known to storm the officers quarters. As a result, Marines were placed in a "buffer zone" between the officers quarters and the enlisted's bunks. Once again the Marine (plus 2) are standing guard over the officer's quarters.

After finishing the tour of the USS Constitution and a super quick jaunt through the museum, we took off for Josh & Trish's where we were spending the next 2 days. So, how did we do 4states in 1 day? Connecticut to Massachusetts, to New Hampshire (only passing through but still there) to Maine. Four states in 1 day. Whew, am I tired!
